QUESTION : Can our installations be performed covertly?

ANSWER : Yes, all of our technicians operate un-marked vehicles and we can dress in normal street clothing in order to blend into your environment if requested. We can install most types of equipment in such a way that it is not visible to drivers or outsiders.

QUESTION : Can a GPS Tracking System be completely hidden from view?

ANSWER : Yes, it can in most cases. However, there are a few limitations to keep in mind. We will discuss these with you at the time of scheduling or installations to address any concerns.

QUESTION : What is your coverage area?

ANSWER : Please see our coverage map. If you need work performed outside of our normal territories, feel free to contact us to discuss travel rates and availability. We go where our customers need us. We have even worked extensively in Canada and Mexico. We truly provide Nationwide and International service!

QUESTION : What hours are you available?

ANSWER : We are available for service or installation 24/7. Please provide as much notice as possible to schedule a time that works for you, as weekends and other prime times fill up quickly.

ANSWER : We specialize in GPS Fleet Tracking Equipment Installation and Service. Its all we do! We have extensive experience working in this field and have dealt with just about every type of business, vehicle, and driver behavior. The MME crew maintained a fleet of over 48,000 installed vehicles for over 5 years. We have seen it all! This experience provides us an insight into how fleet vehicles are used and how drivers have used urban legends to attempt to defeat GPS tracking systems in the past. As such we have many tricks of the trade that we have developed over the years to allow us to know when a driver is attempting to tamper with a system.

QUESTION : Do you sell GPS tracking solutions? How can I get tracking for my own fleet?

ANSWER : We partner with several major GPS companies but we do not automatically recommend one over the other. If you would like a recommendation, please email us with the type of fleet you have and any particular issues you would like to monitor. We would be more than happy to work with you to find a solution that will meet your requirements.

QUESTION : What kind of warranty do you provide on your work?

ANSWER : MME provides a 90 Day Warranty on all labor.

QUESTION : What are your rates?

ANSWER : Rates vary depending on the type of equipment and vehicle. Call for a quote, keeping in mind that our rates are comparable to, and often lower than, other companies.

QUESTION : How long does an installation take?

ANSWER : This is dependent on many factors, and can range from 45 minutes to 3 hours or more. Typical installations in standard vehicles take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Call for a time quote for your particular installation, and keep in mind that we will work around your schedule, including before-hours, after-hours, and during weekends to ensure we do not disrupt your business unnecessarily.

QUESTION : What about all this talk about quality?

ANSWER : MME differs from many other installation companies in that we are more concerned about quality than quantity. While other companies will boast about how fast they can implement a fleet, we boast about our low service revisit rate. Slamming 50 units into vehicles in a single day results in damaged vehicles and equipment failures, which translates to more downtime for your trucks and increased costs for you. MME insists on taking the time needed to install right the first time, which saves you time and money in the end because you won’t have to worry about costly revisits.
